We are three individuals passionate about helping you achieve success with your Northern Colorado event.  We are prepared to assist you at any level that you need or desire.  From just helping to get as many attendees to your event as possible to putting everything in our hands and having a worry free event that you can enjoy without the usual hassles.

Cherry Smith our organizer and communicator.  Cherry hosts our meetings, supports the staff and does the hard job of keeping our clients informed, on time and happy.  

Tom Hammerschmidt our most recent edition.  Tom has developed the new database that NCEP will be using.  We can now present events to our clients faster and with confidence that we have achieved the best terms for those clients.  Additionally, Tom has taken on the website and while rapid changes are being made what you are seeing is a result of those efforts.

Perry Buck the driving force behind our success.  Perry uses her vast contact list to continuously offer our services to a wide array of local businesses, trade associations and non profits.
